In Yerevan, people have purchased the most apartments in the Malatia-Sebastia, Arabkir, and Shengavit administrative districts

In the first half of 2024, the most real estate transactions for apartments in newly constructed buildings in Yerevan were made in the Malatia-Sebastia (804), Arabkir (705), and Shengavit (417) administrative districts.

In other areas of the city combined, 626 transactions were carried out.

Additionally, 3,418 apartments in under-construction high-rise buildings were sold, with the highest numbers in Nor Nork (708), Ajapnyak (506), and Malatia-Sebastia (424) administrative districts.

The most expensive apartments were in Yerevan’s Kentron administrative district, where prices ranged from 560,000 AMD ($1,400) to 2.78 million AMD ($7,200) per square meter, in Arabkir, prices ranged from 480,000 AMD ($1,200) to 1.1 million AMD ($2,800), in Davtashen, they ranged from 420,000 to 750,000 AMD ($1,100–$1,900).

According to the Statistical Committee of Armenia, the volume of construction from January to September increased by 15.9% compared to the same period last year. During this period it was implemented 406.37 billion AMD construction. In recent years, the construction of private homes has also increased. According to statistics from January to August, construction funded by residents grew by 70.2% compared to the same period last year, reaching 82.505 billion AMD.
