9 Babies Born in Syunik on January 1
The Syunik Regional Administration has reported that nine babies were born in the region on January 1.
On the instruction of Governor Robert Ghukasyan, Deputy Governor Nare Ghazaryan visited Kapan Medical Center to congratulate the first newborns of the year and their mothers on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas. Nare Ghazaryan wished the mothers health, peace, and prosperity for their children.
Families of babies born on the first day of 2025 in other medical centers across Syunik will also receive congratulations and monetary gifts on behalf of the governor. In 2024, a total of 1,041 children were born in the region.
