
New Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Appointed
By the Prime Minister’s decree on January 15, Siro Amirkhanyan has been appointed as the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer.
Previously, Amirkhanyan served as the Head of the Department for the Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property under the General Prosecutor’s Office. He has also held the position of prosecutor for the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts.
According to his financial disclosure, Amirkhanyan has over 10 million AMD in bank accounts and 2.6 million AMD in cash. His reported income includes 17,926,065 AMD from his salary at the Prosecutor’s Office and an additional 343,000 AMD from the Justice Academy. The rest of his funds were acquired through property sales and loans. He owns an apartment in the Davtashen administrative district. Siro Amirkhanyan also has a house and a garden in the Kotayk region, which he received as a gift in 2017 under sole ownership rights.
The official owns a Hyundai vehicle. This 2014 model car was purchased by Siro Amirkhanyan in 2019 for 2.9 million drams.
