Electronic Signatures to Be Activated Automatically if Not Activated by February 1
According to the Office for the Implementation of Electronic Governance Infrastructure, citizens who have not paid for and activated their electronic signatures by February 1 will have them automatically activated.
It is worth noting that citizens have been exempt from the 3,000-dram fee for electronic signatures. Mobile electronic signatures can also be activated using identification cards equipped with an electronic chip.
By May 1, 2025, all employed citizens of Armenia must submit an income declaration. Activating an electronic signature is a mandatory step in this process, as it is required for authentication.
