Nikol Pashinyan Was at the Ministry of Defense: What Was Discussed is Known
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (RA), Nikol Pashinyan, held a meeting with the participants of the operational gathering of the Armed Forces command staff at the Ministry of Defense. This was reported by the Prime Minister’s Office.
The central topics of the meeting were the strategic vision for the development of the Armed Forces, the assessment of the new security environment, and the increase in management efficiency. The development of human resources and the strengthening of defense capabilities were also discussed.
The Prime Minister answered questions from the command staff, once again emphasizing the state’s priorities and strategic approaches.
The previous such meeting took place on January 28, 2025. At that time, the discussions mainly focused on the army’s combat readiness, military education, and technical modernization.
However, the question remains as to why the discussions took place precisely today and what exactly was discussed, especially since November 9 marked the 5th anniversary of the 44-day war.
In this context, Azerbaijani media outlets were preparing news reports on the occasion of the victory holiday, publishing the text of the November 9 agreement, and expressing gratitude to their country’s leader, Ilham Aliyev. Aliyev, in turn, made dozens of posts on his Facebook page on November 9, mainly with the same content, calling the 44-day war the “Patriotic War.”
