Representative of Mexico Wins “Miss Universe 2025”
The representative of Mexico, Fatima Bosch, has won the 74th “Miss Universe” competition held in Bangkok. During the pageant, she presented the image of the goddess Xochiquetzal.
120 countries participated in the competition.
The second place went to the representative of Thailand, Praveenar Singh, while the top five was completed by contestants from Venezuela, the Philippines, and Côte d’Ivoire.
Armenia was represented in the competition by 31-year-old Peggy Garabekyan, an American model of Armenian descent, a beauty titleholder, and an active human rights advocate. She has participated in several prestigious pageants, including “Miss Asia USA 2015,” “Miss Pacific Coast USA 2024,” and “Miss California USA 2024.”
In 2025, Garabekyan won the “Miss Vizcaya Swimwear” title, becoming the first contestant from the West Coast, including California, to achieve that title.
