Fire Safety Violations: Two Gas Stations Cease Operations

The Urban Development, Technical, and Fire Safety Inspectorate Body (UTFSIB) of the Republic of Armenia (RA) has suspended the operation of the “Orange Oil” and “Lev 7” gas stations in Yerevan following the discovery of fire safety standard violations.

Based on the instructions of the Head of the Inspectorate Body, Garegin Khachatryan, specialists from the Yerevan territorial subdivision conducted inspections at “Orange Oil,” operating in the Ajapnyak district, as well as at the filling station and liquefied hydrocarbon gas stations belonging to “Lev 7” LLC.

As a result, a number of violations were recorded that pose an immediate and direct threat to the occurrence of fires, as well as to the life and health of citizens. With the aim of preventing risks, the operation of these facilities was completely suspended by the decision of the Inspectorate Body, and the gas stations were sealed until the full elimination of the violations.
