460 incidents recorded at the MIA crisis center last week
In the period from December 15 to 21, a total of 460 incidents were recorded at the National Crisis Management Center of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), 162 of which were emergencies.
These include 96 cases of fire, 55 road traffic accidents, 9 suicide attempts, 4 cases of poisoning, 4 false alarms, as well as 3 cases each of explosions and search and rescue operations.
Due to weather conditions and other circumstances, 13 cases of vehicle blockage were recorded. Rescuers provided assistance to 37 citizens and moved 15 vehicles blocked on the roads to a safe area.
During the past week, 87 people were injured, 7 were killed, and 2 citizens were saved as a result of rescue operations.
