Gas station fined for underfilling
As a result of an inspection carried out by the Market Surveillance Inspection Body, an instance of underfilling was recorded at a filling station belonging to “AVET-MHER” LLC, which is engaged in the retail sale of compressed natural gas (CNG).
The inspection was conducted at the station located in the city of Martuni, Gegharkunik Province.
For the discovered violation, “AVET-MHER” LLC has been held administratively liable and fined in the amount of 684,098 AMD.
By order of Armen Kotolyan, Head of the Market Surveillance Inspection Body, a poster with the inscription “We have been fined for underfilling” has been posted at the station for a period of one month.
