Man wanted by France discovered
The Police report that a 48-year-old foreign citizen was discovered at the Bagratashen border checkpoint on January 17.
The individual had been wanted by French law enforcement authorities since November 16, 2024, on charges of theft.
The wanted person was transported by police officers to the Noyemberyan division of the Community Police. During the preliminary investigation, detention was applied as a preventive measure against him.
The National Central Bureau of Interpol in the Republic of Armenia has been informed of the discovery.
