Another case of illegal drug possession uncovered
According to officers of the Artik division of the Community Police, a 49-year-old resident of Artik was discovered and arrested on January 16 at the intersection of Abovyan and Baghramyan streets in the city of Artik on suspicion of illegal drug possession and use.
During a search of the man, police officers found a substance resembling a narcotic drug, as well as droppers with charred traces.
In the course of the operations, the police established that the suspect was keeping crushed and dried cannabis at his home in the village of Horom. As a result of an inspection in the kitchen of the house, 43.39 grams of crushed and dried cannabis were found.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated.
