Aram Sargsyan as Prime Ministerial candidate
As previously noted, the “Hanrapetutyun” (Republic) Party will participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Party leader Aram Sargsyan announced on his Facebook page that he will be the candidate for Prime Minister.
According to Aram Sargsyan, there must be a political force or representative in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia that defends Western values.
He emphasized that his nomination falls within this ideological framework and aims to ensure appropriate representation in the parliament.
Several political forces have already announced their participation in the snap parliamentary elections: “Strong Armenia,” the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), “Civil Contract,” the “Wings of Unity” initiative, as well as the Armenian National Congress (ANC).
It is recalled that the elections for the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia will be held on June 7.
