Arayik Harutyunyan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, Davit Manukyan, Davit Ishkhanyan, and Davit Babayan sentenced to life imprisonment
The trial of Armenian citizens in criminal cases continues at the Baku Military Court. Today, the court released its decisions, finding Arayik Harutyunyan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and Davit Manukyan guilty and sentencing them to life imprisonment.
The verdict pertains to a series of serious crimes, including crimes against humanity and war, war crimes, violation of the laws of war, terrorism, financing of terrorism, etc.
According to Azerbaijani media, these actions, according to the charges, took place “during the military aggression carried out by Armenia against Azerbaijan.”
The trial was attended by the defendants, their defense attorneys, certain victims and their legal successors, as well as representatives of the state prosecution.
