Azerbaijani civil society representatives arrive in Armenia
They will participate in discussions with Armenian colleagues scheduled for February 13-14. The members of Azerbaijan’s civil society arrived in Armenia through a delimited section of the land border.
The agenda of the discussions includes processes arising from the peace agenda approved during the summit held in Washington on August 8, 2025. Specifically, these include regional security, potential benefits of peace, public perceptions of establishing relations between the two societies, and other related issues.
From the Armenian side, participants include representatives of non-governmental organizations and academic circles, including the “Armenian Council” Analytical Center, the “Analytical Centre on Globalization and Regional Cooperation” (ACGRC) Foundation, the “Eurasia Partnership” Foundation, the “Orbeli” Center, as well as representatives of the Public Television Company and other structures.
From the Azerbaijani side, participants include representatives of the South Caucasus Research Center, the “Topchubashov” Center, Azerbaijani and international media outlets, as well as a number of non-governmental organizations and research structures.
