Illegal hunting case in Armavir province
According to the police, on February 13, patrol officers in the Armavir Province stopped a “VAZ-21214” make vehicle on the Shenik-Vanand highway for inspection.
During the inspection, hunting rifles and various types of hunted birds were discovered in a visible part of the car.
To determine the legality of the rifles and the hunt, the vehicle, the driver (a resident of Berkashat village), and three passengers were presented to the Baghramyan Department of the Community Police. The vehicle was moved to a special protected area.
The men, along with the compiled documents, were presented to the preliminary investigation body.
As a reminder, violations of hunting regulations, as well as illegal hunting, are subject to liability defined by law.
