Changes Made to the Services of Yerevan’s “Emergency Medical Service” Company
Yerevan’s “Emergency Medical Service” company has seen notable improvements in both service quality and financial stability. Tigran Avinyan made this announcement.
A special mobile application has been introduced in the service, allowing urgent and emergency medical call forms to be filled out electronically. This enables patient data to be uploaded into a unified system, giving the attending doctor full access to the patient’s information.
New systems have also been implemented in the call center. And the staff uniforms have been updated.
According to Avinyan, while the “Emergency Medical Service” had a deficit of 75 million drams in June 2023, this year the company has a surplus of approximately the same amount.
