The Azerbaijani ambassador threatened the Armenian ambassador Tigran Balayan in Belgium
In a press conference held today, the Armenian ambassador Tigran Balayan in Belgium confirmed that he has received threats from the Azerbaijani ambassador.
During the admission process, there were insults and threats, which we reported to the Belgian side and the EU. An investigation is underway. There has been no response, – said Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan during the press conference.
Politico reported that the incident occurred on October 29, during a reception organized by the Turkish embassy in Brussels in honor of Turkey’s national holiday. Special attention is given to Turkey’s cultural and political achievements during the celebration․
