
A new space is planned to be allocated to the National Minorities Educational and Cultural Center
A regular meeting of the Council on National Minorities was held under the leadership of the head of the Prime Minister’s staff, Arayik Harutyunyan. The allocation of a new space for the National Minorities Educational and Cultural Center was discussed. Arayik Harutyunyan instructed that the process of relocating to the new space be organized in a short period of time.
Other issues related to national minorities were also discussed. The distribution of the 25 million dram allocated for national minorities in the 2025 state budget was also reviewed.
According to the 2011 census, approximately 56,000 people from other ethnic groups live in Armenia.
