
Starting January 1, a one-day ticket will cost 880 drams
On November 9, the City Hall approved the new public transportation fares, which will come into effect on January 1.
It is expected that a one-way ticket will cost 300 drams, while a one-day pass will be priced at 880 drams. The City Hall is also introducing package options: 4,800 drams for 7 days, 8,800 drams for 30 days, 23,600 drams for 90 days, and 88,000 drams for a year.
Discounts will be available for children under 7, orphaned schoolchildren and students, persons with disabilities (groups 1 and 2), residents of orphanages or nursing homes, former USSR Heroes of Socialist Labor, National Heroes of Armenia, recipients of the 1st and 2nd Degree Combat Cross and the three degrees of the Order of Glory, parents of large families, pensioners, schoolchildren, students, and social assistance beneficiaries.
