Power Outages in 5 Regions of the Republic and in Yerevan
Due to strong winds, power outages have occurred starting from 03:00 AM in the Aragatsotn, Gegharkunik, Lori, Armavir, and Kotayk regions (marzes) of the Republic, as well as at certain addresses in the city of Yerevan. Poles have been damaged on overhead lines. This was reported by the “Electric Networks of Armenia” (ENA) company.
The message from the ENA Department of Public and Corporate Relations states:
“The operational repair staff of ENA is working with full capacity and complete involvement towards the rapid elimination of the consequences and the restoration of electricity supply in the areas experiencing power outages. We ask for your understanding regarding any possible inconveniences that have arisen.”
