Spouses committed large-scale theft by using violence
Spouses E.N. and A.H. are accused of committing large-scale theft by using violence in an apartment.
Specifically, on May 18, 2025, the spouses visited the residence of their acquaintance and entered the apartment by deception, after which E.N., grabbing M.A. by the neck, demanded silence while letting in his wife, A.H.
Subsequently, complementing each other’s actions, the spouses used violence against M.A. and demanded a sum of 280 thousand AMD; however, having been refused, they took the key to the victim’s car, valued at 2 million AMD, and left.
Criminal prosecution has been initiated against them under Article 252, Part 3, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code for robbery committed by breaking into a residence. The preliminary investigation has been completed, and the case, along with the indictment, has been sent to court under the supervision of the prosecutor.
