Multi-car pile-up on the Yerevan-Sevan highway
According to the Rescue Service, a call was received today at 14:40 reporting a road traffic accident (RTA) on the Yerevan-Sevan highway.
One fire-rescue squad from the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) dispatched to the scene.
It was established that Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Hyundai, and Opel vehicles collided on Hay Fidayineri Street in the city of Hrazdan.
As a result of the accident, a gas leak was recorded from the Opel vehicle. Rescuers cut off the power supply to the vehicle and shut the gas cylinder valve, preventing potential dangerous developments.
According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
