Snowfall Reported in Chambarak and Spitak Pass
As of 4:00 PM on November 25, snowfall is occurring in Chambarak and Spitak Pass, while mixed rain and snow are reported in Vayk (Saravan Pass) and near the village of Tsilkar. This was reported by the “Road Department” Foundation.
Drivers are urged to drive exclusively with winter tires.
The air temperature is to drop by 6-10 degrees Celsius between November 26 and 28.
The Rescue Service has also warned about strong winds in certain regions.
