New details have emerged in the case of the murder of a 17-year-old boy in Nor Kharberd
On November 8, 2024, new details have emerged regarding the murder of a 17-year-old resident of Nor Kharberd.
Specifically, it has been revealed that on November 8, 2024, tense relations had developed between S.P., a resident of Nor Kharberd in the Masis community, and another local resident, S.S., due to a personal issue related to an electronic message.
In connection with this issue, to clarify the matter and to punish for revenge, S.S. gathered his associates and transported them to the area near the cemetery of Nor Kharberd, where, according to an agreement, they met with S.P. and his three friends, including the victim, D.P.
S.S., along with his friends, in a group, without attempting any clarification and displaying a contemptuous attitude toward human life, acted together to attack S.P. and his friends, striking them with their hands and feet.
During this time, S.S.’s friend, A.G., showing a more active and aggressive behavior, began to strike the vital organs of the unconscious D.P., S.P’s friend, who was lying on the ground, with a knife he had in his possession. Meanwhile, other members of the group, including S.S., continued to strike D.P., causing injuries incompatible with life, thus unlawfully taking his life.
Days after the incident, a relative of one of the participants from Nor Kharberd reported that on the evening of November 12, several cars had obstructed the path of his “Mercedes” vehicle, forcing him to drive in the opposite direction. During this, he heard a sound resembling a gunshot, and some time later noticed damage marks on his car.
Additionally, days after the incident, a report was received from the father of the individuals accused in the murder of the 17-year-old, stating that on the evening of November 11, 2024, an unknown person (or persons) attempted to set fire to his uninhabited house in Nor Kharberd village, but only the window of the house was burned.
Separate criminal proceedings have been initiated based on the aforementioned reports, which, in order to ensure an objective and comprehensive investigation, have been merged with the criminal case regarding the murder of the young man.
Based on sufficient evidence, public criminal proceedings have been initiated against 5 individuals involved in the incident near the Nor Kharberd cemetery. By court decision, they have been placed under arrest as a measure of restraint.
4 of the accused have been arrested, and a search has been announced for the other.
