The 12th International Aram Khachaturian Festival will be held in Yerevan

From November 20 to December 16, the Aram Khachaturian International Festival will be held in Yerevan at the concert hall named after the musician. The concert is dedicated to the “35th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child”. The event, titled “For Every Child: A Symphony of Rights and Dreams,” will feature six concerts.

Internationally recognized musicians, such as Leia Zhun (violin), Clara-Jumi Kang (violin), and Sophie Kauer (cello), will perform. Italian pianist Antonio di Cristofano will also give a solo performance.

The festival will feature well-known works by Khachaturian, Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Dvořák, Barber, Sir Karl Jenkins, Brahms, Berg, Liszt, and Chopin.
