Case of under-filling discovered at “MEGA TRADE” gas station
A case of under-filling has been discovered at a gas station engaged in the sale of gasoline and diesel fuel operating in the city of Gyumri, Shirak Province.
According to the RA Market Surveillance Inspection Body, as part of supervisory measures based on a citizen’s complaint, inspections were carried out at the gas station belonging to “MEGA TRADE” LLC, located at 143 Teryan St., Gyumri.
As a result of the inspection, under-filling was recorded. The Inspection Body has suspended the operation of the diesel fuel dispenser tower operated with under-filling.
For the discovered violation, the economic entity will be held administratively liable in the manner prescribed by law.
It should be noted that “MEGA TRADE” LLC is part of “SIL Capital,” which belongs to Khachatur Sukiasyan. The company is among the 1000 largest taxpayers in Armenia.
