Food prices in Armenia have mostly decreased compared to March

An analysis of price changes for goods in Armenia shows that prices for some food items increased from March to September, while others decreased. Although market analysis indicates that certain goods have become more expensive, the overall trend of price reductions is more apparent.

The data shows that prices for butter, coffee, and rice have increased. The price of butter rose from 5,344 AMD in March to 5,384 AMD (a 0.75% increase), while coffee increased from 5,558 to 5,759 AMD, becoming the item with the highest price increase at 3.6%. Rice also saw a 0.71% increase, though this change is not noticeable to consumers.

On the other hand, prices for certain items have decreased over these months. The price of flour dropped from 405 to 403 AMD (a 0.49% decrease), and sugar decreased from 402 to 400 AMD (a 0.5% decrease). The price reduction for cheese is more significant, from 2,673 to 2,588 AMD (a 3.18% decrease).

The data represents averaged prices, which may slightly vary in individual stores.
