
Violations of cash register usage rules have been recorded at 213 taxpayers
In October 2024, 213 cases of violations of the rules for the use of cash registers were recorded, with fines totaling approximately 97.96 million drams. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee.
Violations of cash register usage have been recorded in the following sectors: accommodation services (1 case), clothing and footwear (1 case), public catering (1 case), liquid and solid fuel trade (3 cases), grocery stores (6 cases), sports and entertainment (1 case), and a store selling industrial goods (1 case). Among the recorded violations, 14 cases resulted in fines of 1.0 million drams or more for 14 taxpayers, totaling 41.53 million drams.
It is reminded that the use of cash registers is mandatory in all cases of retail sales or cash transactions conducted by organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the territory of Armenia.
