Around 1000 of 5000 Teachers Could Not Pass Voluntary Certification
The results of the teachers’ voluntary certification have been summarized. The 2024 results include changes made after appeals.
This year, the voluntary certification for teachers was organized electronically for the first time. A total of 6260 teachers applied for participation, of which 572 were non-working individuals.
A total of 4982 teachers participated in the certification.
• 60-69% result was shown by 1073 people (200,000 AMD for each position).
• 70-79% result was shown by 1158 people (an additional payment will be given of 30% of the pedagogical salary).
• 80-89% result was shown by 989 people (an additional payment will be given of 40% of the pedagogical salary).
• 90-100% result was shown by 600 people (an additional payment will be given of 50% of the pedagogical salary).
1162 people showed a result of 0-59%. 2250 teachers who participated for the first time exceeded the 60% threshold. Compared to previous years, 1248 people have improved their results. The results of 538 teachers remained unchanged. Among the teachers without higher education, 124 participated in the voluntary certification. They exceeded the passing threshold.
