More than 11 billion AMD restored to the State
The Prosecutor General’s Office has summarized data on the funds restored and frozen within the framework of criminal proceedings.
According to the published information, in the second half of 2025, 3,615,805,415 AMD was transferred to the Unified Account of Restored Funds.
From the launch date of December 5, 2024, to December 31, 2025, a total of 21,458,058,668 AMD was transferred to the same account. This amount also includes 9,425,523,000 AMD transferred from the deposit account of the Investigative Committee and 4,368,396,700 AMD transferred from the deposit account of the Prosecution Service.
At the same time, in the second half of 2025, 7,634,051,185 AMD was transferred to the Taxpayer’s Unified Account.
During the same period, monetary funds in the amount of 832,908,689 AMD were seized as property within the criminal proceedings investigated by the Investigative Committee.
No seizure was applied to monetary funds within the criminal proceedings investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee in the second half of 2025.
