Former Director of Gavar Orphanage accused of illegal entrepreneurship
The Anti-Corruption Committee has revealed that the former director of the “Gavar Orphanage” SNCO (State Non-Commercial Organization) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs was illegally involved in the entrepreneurial activities of his close associates between 2013 and 2021.
Specifically, from November 2015 to 2021, he organized the heating for a café-restaurant belonging to his associates at the expense of the “Gavar Orphanage” SNCO, and between 2013 and 2018, he also arranged for the supply of electricity and water, thereby violating the prohibitions established by law.
Charges have been brought against the former director.
