Brother of the former head of Masis community arrested
The Investigative Committee has reported that during the preliminary investigation, public criminal prosecution was initiated against Gor Hambardzumyan on several counts of serious crimes.
Specifically, under Article 204, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (violation of the privacy of personal or family life), Article 457, Part 2 (forgery of documents, stamps, seals, or forms, or the sale, preparation, or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, or forms), Article 235, Part 3, Clause 3 (fraud on an especially large scale), and Article 296, Part 3, Clause 3 (money laundering on an especially large scale).
Gor Hambardzumyan has been arrested.
It should be recalled that the former head of the Masis community, Davit Hambardzumyan, along with his brother and five other individuals, were accused in a case involving acts of hooliganism in 2018.
