The dates for the 2024 winter conscription and discharge have been announced
The winter conscription for mandatory military and alternative services in Armenia will take place from November 4 to January 31. During this period, both male and female applicants who have voluntarily submitted applications for mandatory military service in the rank and file before October 1, 2024, will also be drafted.
As part of the 2024 winter conscription, servicemen who have completed their mandatory military or alternative service by January 31, 2024, will be discharged.
The decision was made at the government session on November 21.
