The Ministry of Defense denies the rumors about the acquisition of weapons
The Ministry of Defense denies the information spread in foreign and Armenian media.
“Dear media colleagues, foreign media continue to publish a number of reports that do not correspond to reality regarding the acquisition of weapons aimed at expanding the defense capabilities of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, as well as details of acquisition negotiations,” the statement says.
The Ministry urges that before publishing such materials, appropriate clarifications and verifications be made with the defense department.
