Andranik Kocharyan has stated that a significant and dangerous revelation will be made in the near future
Andranik Kocharyan, the Chairman of the Defense Committee, told reporters that a new revelation will be made in the near future, but he did not specify which field it pertains to.
During the briefing, Kocharyan emphasized that the revelation is of great importance for Armenia and will definitely be presented to the public. The Chairman stated that the revelation is security-related. He added that as the head of the committee, he is informed, but cannot disclose details, as it would constitute a state secret.
When asked if the revelation is related to corruption, Kocharyan clarified that it is a revelation involving a much greater danger.
Kocharyan also announced that the report of the investigative committee examining the circumstances of the 44-day war will be presented in a closed session due to the confidential information it contains. Following this, criminal cases will be initiated.
The Defense Committee was established on May 23, 2022, by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
