“Strong Armenia” party presents its electoral list
The “Strong Armenia” party, led by businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan, will participate in the elections headed by Narek Karapetyan, who holds the first position on the list. This was announced on Facebook by Gohar Meloyan, a member of the party’s board and a constitutional law expert.
The official presentation of the party took place on February 12, during which it was formally announced that Samvel Karapetyan would be the candidate for Prime Minister. The party leadership is confident that after the elections, once “Strong Armenia” forms a majority, it will be possible to amend the relevant article of the Constitution, allowing Karapetyan to become Prime Minister.
“Samvel Karapetyan is the strong Prime Minister of a Strong Armenia, while Narek Karapetyan is first on the list in the status of a transitional coordinator,” Meloyan noted.
She added that the party presents a transparent, honest, and professional team and recalled their economic initiatives: 300,000 new jobs, 0% tax for small businesses, 20% cheaper medication for everyone, guaranteed procurement of crops in villages, and 20,000 affordable apartments with state support.
