Putin has signed a new nuclear decree
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree establishing the fundamental principles of Russia’s state policy in the field of nuclear deterrence.
According to the decree, aggression by any state of a military alliance against Russia and/or its allies will be considered as aggression by that alliance.
Russia regards nuclear weapons as a means of deterrence.
At the same time, Biden has officially authorized Ukraine to strike deep into Russian territory with missiles.
