There are closed roads in Armenia
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads across Armenia. The Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for trucks.
In the Aragatsotn region, the road leading from the “Amberd” high-altitude meteorological station to Kari Lake is closed.
In the Lori region, the Tashir-Blagodarnoye, Saratovka-Novoseltsovo, and Tashir-Dashtadem roads are closed.
In the Gegharkunik region, the Vardenyats Pass is covered with ice. The road is passable for trucks with trailers only if snow chains are used.
In the Alagyaz-Artik, Ashotsk, Amasia, and Aragats areas, there is localized ice on the roads.
