Products ordered from Wildberries can be returned at any pickup point
Wildberries has developed a mechanism for returning purchases using QR codes. Users of Wildberries can pick up their orders from a convenient location and return them to a different pickup point.
By utilizing QR codes, customers will be able to return their products with ease. Previously, returns were only possible at the pickup point where the order was collected. This option will also become available in Armenia.
It is noted that the changes will simplify the return process for pickup point employees, reducing the time required to process queries.
QR codes will soon be available to all users.
