Real Estate Prices in Armenia Remain Nearly Unchanged
The real estate market in Armenia is unexpectedly stable at the moment: developers continue to sell apartments, and prices are not subject to major fluctuations. This was announced by Martin Galstyan, Chairman of the Central Bank (CB) of the Republic of Armenia, during a meeting with journalists.
He recalled that the CB had previously warned of a possible 20–30 percent price correction in the market, but the reality in recent months shows only a 0.1 percent decline.
“Price fluctuations are milder and smoother, which contributes to the confidence of both buyers and sellers. Stability in the market not only creates predictability but also allows developers to plan their projects with greater confidence,” Galstyan added.
Market activity is maintained in the regions, partly due to the coordinated income tax refund program, while a slow decrease in prices is observed in Yerevan. The CB reached this conclusion by analyzing data from the RA State Committee of the Cadastre, transaction indices, and communicating with major developers.
It should be noted that real estate transactions in Armenia decreased in March 2025. A total of 19,345 real estate transactions were carried out. The figure decreased compared to both March 2024 (20,222) and February 2025 (19,551).
