RA prime minister’s plane unable to land in Moscow

The governmental plane carrying RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was unable to land in Moscow due to the closure of the airspace. The plane circled over the Tver region for about an hour, waiting for landing clearance, but never received it.

Ultimately, the plane was redirected to Saint Petersburg’s “Pulkovo” International Airport, where it made a safe landing at night, around 1:00 AM.

It should be noted that due to the attack by Ukrainian UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Systems) last night, around 170 flights were delayed at Moscow airports.

The Prime Minister had previously been in Germany and announced that he planned to travel to Moscow to participate in the session of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Intergovernmental Council.
