11 individuals moved from Artsakh to Armenia
10 Armenians and one RA citizen of Russian nationality, who had been residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Karabakh) until now, applied to the relevant authorities of Azerbaijan and Armenia with a request to move to the Republic of Armenia. Based on the applications, the mentioned individuals were moved to the Republic of Armenia. The information was reported by the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan.
The Minister published the information on his Facebook page without providing additional details.
As a reminder, on September 19, 2023, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh. On September 20, the Artsakh authorities accepted the proposal regarding the cessation of fire, and on September 24, the forced displacement of the Armenians of Artsakh began.
According to data from the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RA, 115,365 people have been forcibly displaced from Artsakh since September 2023. It is not clear how many Armenians remain in Artsakh. According to various data, their number reaches 20.
