Sales of gasoline and liquid gas suspended at filling station owned by “SS OIL” LLC
During supervisory activities, the Market Surveillance Inspection Body discovered violations at a filling station engaged in the retail sale of gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) belonging to “SS OIL” LLC.
The inspection was carried out at the filling station operating at 130/7 Davit Bek Street, Yerevan. According to the Inspection Body, the company operated uncalibrated measuring devices.
Based on the discovered violations, the operation of the gasoline and liquid gas fuel dispensers at the station has been suspended until the complete rectification of the violations.
The economic entity will be subject to administrative liability in accordance with the procedure established by law.
