Armenia: “Europe’s Leading Heritage Destination” in 2025
In 2025, Armenia was honored with the high and prestigious title of “Europe’s Leading Heritage Destination” at the prestigious World Travel Awards (WTA).
World Travel Awards was established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward, and celebrate excellence across all key sectors of the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries.
The award program conducts regional stages in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, and elsewhere, followed by a global grand final where the world winners are selected.
