$200 million investment in the hotel industry
The prestigious international hotel chain, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, is entering the Armenian market with an investment of approximately $200 million, in cooperation with GRP Development Company.
Within the framework of the project, it is planned to build new hotel complexes in Tsaghkadzor, Dilijan, Sevan, and Yerevan.
The first one, Wyndham Grand Tsaghkadzor, is scheduled to open in May 2026.
The implementation of the program is aimed at developing modern tourism infrastructure in Armenia, introducing services in line with international standards, and increasing the competitiveness of the sector.
Such large-scale investments not only stimulate tourism growth but also create new jobs, activate related sectors, and contribute to the country’s economic development.
