According to official data, 195 persons are considered missing, 175 of whom are servicemen, while the others are civilians. This was announced by the Minister of Justice, Srbuhi Galyan, during the National Assembly session on March 3.
According to the Minister, disagreements with families have arisen in the case of some identified bodies. Specifically, the identification results of 75-80 bodies have not been accepted by the relatives. However, as Galyan emphasized, repeated examinations were carried out with the involvement of specialists endowed with special expert knowledge and appropriate technical means.
Referring to the claims that the state does not provide sufficient support to the families of the missing, the Minister emphasized that they do not correspond to reality. According to her, the families receive state support every month, which includes both financial and social components.
