A tennis academy will be built in Yerevan
During a meeting of the Yerevan City Council’s executive session, it was reported that a tennis academy will be constructed in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district.
The tennis academy will feature 6 outdoor and 4 indoor courts. They will provide 350 seats. It will enable the hosting of major international tournaments.
It was also reported on the progress of work related to the acquisition of a sports field with prefabricated structures and the construction of a new sports field. The Sports and Youth Affairs Department has developed a technical specification based on the initial data for the prefabricated structures. This will be submitted to the Construction and Improvement Department for the announcement of a design competition.
