Robert Hovhannisyan is trailing the leader by one point before the final round

Before the final round, Hovhannisyan, playing with the white pieces, drew against Maxim Chigaev, representing Spain. The Armenian chess player has 7.5 points and shares 3rd to 11th places.
After 10 rounds, Aram Hakobyan and Erik Gasparyan have 7 points each, Emin Ohanyan has 6.5 points, and Hayk Yeritsyan, Manuel Petrosyan, Shant Sargsyan, and Gabriel Sargsyan each have 6 points. The sole leader is Serbian Grandmaster Aleksandar Indjic, with 8.5 points out of 10.
In the final round on November 19, Robert Hovhannisyan will play with the black pieces against Bogdan-Daniel Deac of Romania.
