What has the new Governor of Shirak declared?
The newly appointed Governor of Shirak, David Arushanyan, reported a salary of approximately 9,702,000 AMD. According to his 2023 property and income declaration submitted to the Corruption Prevention Commission, his bank accounts held $25,000, 12 million AMD, and €18,000. Additionally, he declared 2 million AMD in cash.
He also disclosed ownership of one multi-apartment building and a parking space in Yerevan’s Kentron district, one multi-apartment building in Davtashen, and another in Gyumri.
His wife, Ani Arushanyan, declared ownership of two apartments and a garage in Yerevan, as well as one apartment in Gyumri. She also reported 1 million AMD in cash.
