The production of three “Arzni Katnamterk” dairy products has been suspended

The Food Safety Inspectorate has announced that the production of a number of products at “Arzni Katnamterk” company has been suspended following inspections. During the inspection, samples were taken from the existing production and sent for laboratory examination.

Laboratory tests have shown that three product types do not comply with the requirements of the Customs Union’s technical regulations and are considered hazardous food products. Specifically, mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms were found in the product “Kati ser Rezhan 60%” (Cream Rezhan 60%). Bacteria of the Escherichia coli group (coliforms) were found in the product “Milk-containing product prepared with matzoon technology,” and yeasts were found in the product “Katnashorayin panrik chamichov 9%” (Curd cheese bar with raisins 9%).

The Inspectorate has instructed the economic entity to take the necessary steps to bring the products into compliance with legislative requirements. A deadline has been set for eliminating the violations, during which the company must ensure the required quality standards for production.
